What is the 'Noteworthy' Photography & Videography style?

How much is the booking fee/deposit to secure our wedding with you?
Please note, during these hard times of social distancing (for COVID-19) we are only asking for a £50 deposit to secure your date for 2021/2022 & 2023, as we understand how money is a little tighter for everyone at the moment, thank you!
How long do I have to pay for my package?
All packages must be paid in full, 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do offer fully flexible payment plans, where you can pay in monthly instalments,
tailored to each of our couples requests.
How do we book with you?
Firstly, it is amazing that you are thinking about having us to capture your day. If you have contacted us and we are available on your date, the next step is for you to complete our online booking form via our site.
On receipt of your online booking form, which gains initial details regarding your day, we then ask for you to secure your date with your deposit, which is paid by bank transfer.
Once we have received your booking form and deposit, you are then fully booked in!
You will then receive a confirmation of booking invoice, along with our 'Welcome Booklet', for you to have a look at.
It contains useful information about us, your wedding day coverage and package.
Can I upgrade at a later date?
If you have booked our photography only package, you can upgrade and add video onto your package up until six weeks prior to your wedding.
Do you bring back up camera's with you?
In the rare event that a technical issue would arise, we always make sure to bring back up cameras, batteries and cards with us, so we are always covered. We have four DSLR bodies (Nikon D850 model) and four videography cameras (Nikon & Panasonic HD Video Camera).
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes we are fully insured for cover up to £5 Million,

What are your qualifications?
Freya is BSc (Hons) degree First Class Qualified, in Photography and Multimedia Studies, awarded by the University of Greenwich, London in 2013.
Freya has also been awarded as a finalist in the Kent Wedding Awards 2020, for the category of Wedding Photographer Of The Year.
Alan has undertaken professional videography training, with various leading videographers in the industry, prior to becoming a full time videographer here at Noteworthy.

Do you offer albums?
Yes, we offer Large fully customisable bespoke albums & Parent Albums.
Albums are included with the Platinum & Ultimate Diamond Packages.

Do you have a back-up plan in case of illness etc?
Yes, we are fully insured and work with five other photographers/videographers, who we have an agreement with, so if on the day a problem arose, they will cover our weddings.
However, as there are two of us, one of us would always attend anyway.
In our seven years of business, we have never had to cancel or arrange a back up plan for attending a
wedding, your wedding day is our priority and we will never let you down.
How do you back-up our wedding photographs & video?
Photos & video footage is backed up firstly via two memory card slots in our cameras.
When we return to our office after your wedding day, the images and video is then immediately transferred to
two separate hard drives and onto an iMac computer ready for editing.
After editing, we store wedding day images and videos on a large hard drives and on the cloud, ensuring your photographs and films are always available to re-download if you misplace/lose your USB
or login details for your online gallery.
Do you offer engagement shoots?
Yes our ‘Getting To Know You’ engagement photo-shoot session is fast becoming a popular choice with our brides and grooms to be. It is a great way for us to get to know each other a little better before the big day, and helping you to relax in front of the camera.
Portrait sessions are £150 and these photo-shoots usually happen in places which have some meaning to you, perhaps there’s a park where you first met or a woodland walk which you both love. Or even if it’s just a location you have seen which you think would be ideal for some nice photographs.
Can we print & share online our images?
Yes, You will be delivered hi-resolution JPEG files on a USB with full online & printing rights.
Can our guests download our photographs from our day?
Yes, all photographs are uploaded to an online password protected gallery, where
guests can access, download and view your wedding day photographs.
How long does it take to get our photos/videos?
The day after your wedding day, we will email you to let you know an estimated 'Date of USB delivery',
which is usually around 4-6 weeks after your wedding day.
Within three days after your wedding, you will then receive a 'sneak peek' edited photograph to share.
Around a week prior to your USB delivery date, you will also have some photo previews uploaded online, to share with your friends & family, giving you a sneak peek before you receive all photographs on USB and
via your online password protected gallery.
Editing takes a little while (this is where the magic happens!), as all photos and video footage is fully edited & enhanced. Photos are imported into Photoshop & Lightroom (photography software) from RAW format images taken from your day and video footage is imported into video editing software (Final Cut Pro) & is fully edited & mixed to music/enhanced, to make sure your wedding day film and photographs look there absolute best!
Do you travel and what is the cost?
We travel all over the UK and abroad to shoot weddings, no where is to far for us here at Noteworthy.
For UK based weddings, anywhere that is 50+ miles from where we are located (DA11), 1 nights accommodation (normally the night prior to your wedding to ensure no traffic/travel issues) as well as an additional travel cost will be applied.
Is your Music Licensed on Wedding Films?
Yes, all music included within your wedding day videography is licenced by the The MCPS/PRS Limited Manufacture License, which is purchased for each individual film on the PRS for music website: https://www.prsformusic.com, this is included with your wedding day package at no extra cost.
Do you cover both the groom and bridal prep?
Yes if you are getting ready at the same venue.
It is not logistically possible if you are getting ready at two different locations.
If you have booked us for our photography only package, as there is two of us, we normally split and Freya will capture the bridal prep and Alan will capture the groom prep.
A lot of groomsmen decide they don't want the grooms prep captured, which is completely fine, we can do whatever you decide.
If you have booked our combined photography and video package, Freya will be shooting photography all day and Alan will be filming video all day, so we need to attend both groom and bridal prep together if you want both covered.
Can we speak to you before the wedding, to go over our plans and get to know each other better?
Yes, all our packages include a pre-wedding consultation at my home & office address either face to face
for couples who are local to us, or via Skype/Zoom for those who are more further a field.
We're quite camera shy, any advice?
We love to capture things as they naturally happen, making sure our couples are as relaxed as possible. We have a very non-obtrusive style, with the idea that both you and your guests will forget we are there and just enjoy the day without worrying about being on camera. We try and avoid shooting anything to staged/posed.
Do you capture the traditional family shots?
Of course, this is a must.
We always ask for the client to supply us in advance with a list of group photographs they would love, to help us organise and structure your guests for photos on the day.
How much in advance do I need to book you?
Ideally as soon as possible, as our couples can book us up to 2/3 years in advance.
Bank holiday and summer dates fill up very quickly, enquire as soon as you can to avoid disappointment!
