Frequently Asked Questions

How do we book a portrait session with you?

To book  a session with us, contact us via email or phone, and we can tell you our availability.  We will then get you to complete a booking form.

Do you charge a booking fee?

Yes, we ask for a small booking fee of £20 to secure your session and with us, this can be paid by bank transfer. The cost of the deposit is deducted from the overall session price.

How long are portrait sessions & photo shoots?

Each session lasts for about an hour for on location shoots and an hour and a half for studio sessions, this is for up to 5 people in total.

Larger family bookings may take longer.

How many photos will we receive & are they copyright free?

All photographs from your session are fully edited & enhanced prior to you receiving them. You will receive a minimum of 50  images from your shoot. All photographs are copyright free, meaning you can print/share them as many times as you desire, without watermarks.

How long does to take to receive our portrait photos?

Photographs are edited and uploaded to you within two weeks of your photography shoot.

How do we receive our photos from our session?

All photographs from your shoot/session are uploaded to a password protected online gallery. This enables you to download the album, as well as share your photographs with family & friends.

Which locations could you recommend for our shoot?

My favourite places for sessions are Shorne Country Park, Ashenbank Woods, Hall Place, Danson House & Cooling. However, you can choose anywhere you would love across Kent & Medway.

How much room does the mobile studio setup require?

If you would like a studio session carried out at your home, my mobile studio requires a minimum of 6ft width by 8ft Height areas.

We do however have various sized backdrops to suit most room areas, including studio flat sized set ups.

What style is your portrait photography & will I feel awkward?

My style of portrait photography is very natural & relaxed. I don't encourage cheesy posed shots, but instead natural reactions. For example, you as family playing with the kids in a woodland setting or me saying 'sausages' at the children, to get them to beam with laughter.
